Shuuts Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Shuuts. By accessing or using the Shuuts service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service: Shuuts’s AI-powered virtual try-on platform.
• User: Any individual who registers for or uses the Service.
• Credits: Virtual tokens consumed when generating images (2 credits per image).
• Subscription Plan: Free, Pro, or Business tiers described below.

3. Registration & Account Security

To use certain features, you must register and provide a valid email and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify me immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Credits

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Each generated image consumes 2 credits. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly payments at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund & Credit Policy

• Subscription Fees: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-proratable.
• Failed Jobs: If an image generation job fails due to a Service error, the 2 credits spent will be automatically refunded to your account.
• Exceptional Refunds: If you believe you are entitled to a refund (e.g., billing error), you may contact support within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at my sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Shuuts and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, software, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the outputs you generate for personal or commercial use.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, violate any laws, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer our technology.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings; current billing period access remains until period end.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuuts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on Shuuts. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
